• Winter running camp with Vice Word Champion in mountain running World Championships long distance Sabine Reiner. You get awesome tips for your running and good infractions about regeneration and nutrition.
• In the mornings: Enjoy the snow and discover the slopes of the ski resort Lech – Zürs – St. Anton – St. Christoph – Stuben and Warth-Schrcöcken.
• In the afternoons: Theory and practice tips from and with the professional: running technique, breathing, endurance, tactics, motivation for marathon and mountain running. Finding the optimal pace; Strength and Stretching for runners, trail running and mountain running: a beautiful, low-impact alternative even in winter.
